Shop Returns Policy
Returns Policy
You have the right to return your order under the Distance Selling Regulations for any accessories purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 14 calendar days from receipt of order.
It is up to the customer to arrange and pay for returns. If you decide to return an item, the original shipping cost to you shall be refunded. However, we do not cover the cost of shipping the returned item/s.
Once we receive the return item/s we will process your refund, this may take up to 10 business days. All refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to process returns for an exchange, or credit notes.
To return your order, you must advise us in writing to studio@harrietsale.com.
If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your accessories order before it has been despatched, please contact studio@harrietsale.com.
No liability will be accepted for changes in appearance, performance, or defects of any kind, if they are treated after purchasing by spraying or processing, such as flame-proofing or the application of stain-repelling treatments.
Where deliveries are made to third parties on the instruction of the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct product is received. We recommend that a sample is sent to the third party to enable verification when the goods are received. Where there may be some doubt, the correct pattern direction should be clearly indicated. We cannot accept claims for any make-up, installation, or replacement charges where goods have not been verified.
We cannot process returns without a proof of purchase, please include your name or receipt of original order when you return products.

LOSS & DAMAGES
Please note that we are not liable for any costs associated with your return, or for the loss or damage of the item/s on its return. Due to this, we suggest returning item/s via a tracked and signed for service and obtaining proof of postage, as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition with proof of purchase; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable condition, this includes any items with marks, stains or damages and items returned in unsuitable packaging.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product by emailing studio@harrietsale.com with images of the damage. We will look to remediate the issue as soon as possible.
Please note that majority of our products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations between products.
SHIPPING
We intend to despatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of order. If the despatch of your item is delayed, we will contact you to give you an update.
We use express domestic and international shipping volumetric shipping rates for all our items.
United Kingdom:
It is flat rate shipping on all items within the UK at £12.99.
International:
All orders shipped outside of the UK, will incur a shipping fee.
Tax and duties are included for all accessories orders.
Tax and duties are not included for accessories orders. These charges must be covered by the customer.
